Mr. Rust runs a controlled learning environment where all the students can work to their potential. He believes in standards and believes that students should attain certain academic skills. We at Kaiseralso know that he believes in students having fun, singing, dancing, and having opportunities to explore the curriculum in ways that connect to real life.

Hobbies and Interests:
Tom works with the school gardening commitees and is currently taking tap dance lessons. A little known fact about Tom is that he was a Homecoming King finalist for the University of Nebraska in the fall of 1980
